Inspection Rules
Signature inspection rules:
1. When signing for the package, if the outer package is found to have serious damage and other goods that do not meet the receiving requirements, the warehouse staff will directly reject or return the goods.
2. If your package meets the requirements for signing, the warehouse will unbox all packages for contraband inspection after receiving, and then weigh them into the warehouse.
3. If found that your goods do not meet the requirements of transportation and air transportation, we will make special marks on the relevant order to remind you to negotiate return matters.
4. if you have not found the receipt information of the warehouse within a reasonable domestic delivery time (the general domestic delivery cycle is 3-5 days), please contact your sender/domestic logistics company or website customer service staff to confirm the status of the goods.
Inspection and storage instructions
We will check and inspect the quantity, color, size and other specification information of the goods. After the inspection is completed, the original express box will be removed, and the goods will be packaged in touch-moon.com ziplock bags and arranged for storage. (Fragile, easily damaged, express box as a commodity packing box, there are oversized goods and other goods thrown to retain the original box, the specific situation is subject to actual operation)
Note:
1. color difference, size error, use effect, etc. do not belong to the scope of inspection;
2. electrical appliances, digital products, peripheral products and other professional goods, the quality, model, spare parts, etc., are not within the scope of inspection;
3. "CD" and "hand-done" "adult products", such sealed packaging and goods with sealing labels or sealing strip inspection rules are not open inspection, can only test whether the appearance is damaged, internal details or functional problems can not be specifically verified;
